Corinthian Currants : The currant is one of the oldest known raisins. Black Corinth currants, is a seedless ancient Greek grape variety (Vitis vinifera), prized for its super sweet pea-sized seedless black fruit. It is mostly grown in north Peloponnesus areas (Corinth, Nemea) and in Corfu. Dried black currants come from these small black grapes that are naturally sun dried under the Mediterranean sun, double washed and hand-picked. Corinthian black currants, are a significant source of vitamin C and natural antioxidant values.

Greece is still the primary producer of currants, amounting to about 80% of total world production, with California, South Africa and Australia sharing most of the remainder

- Greek Sultanina Raisins: The sultanina or sultana is a type of white, seedless grape of Turkish, Greek or Iranian origin.Sultana raisins are typically larger than the currants made from Corinthian grapes, but smaller than ordinary raisins. They have a delicate and unique flavor and are especially noted for their sweetness and golden color.

- Dried Mixed Fruit & citrus peel: Raisins, prunes, and dates are examples of popular dried fruits that are used in the Mix (depending on seasonal availability). The product has a sweet fleshy fruit flavor with citrus notes.
