Anthotiro (PDO): is a whey milk product resulting from the production process of feta cheese, and enhanced with fresh sheep and goat milk. It is a low fat dietary product of low salinity.

Goat cheese: a traditional white cheese made of 100% fresh goat milk from our region. This low fat cheese is known for its high nutritional value, and for its unique, slightly spicy flavor.

Traditional strained yogurt: sheep yogurt is produced from 100% Greek fresh sheep milk, and made exclusively with yogurt culture. Its main characteristics are its full flavour and soft texture.

Origin: Trikala, Greece

Produced at Divani Dairy, a traditional family dairy with 90 years experience in cheese making. Each day fresh milk is gathered from small local breeders and Feta cheese is produced in small quantities ensuring the high quality and freshness of products.

Produced by Chatzizisis cheese dairy , at a height of a thousand meters, in Deskati Grevena, with all the traditional procedures and under high ISO 2000-2005 quality standards.

All cheese are produced from local daily gathered sheep-goat milk, ensuring freshness and high quality products.

 “Chatzizisis” dairy also specializes in the production of yellow cheese ( kasseri, kefalotiri) as well as some more special traditional cheese (batzos, anevato).
